CHIMICA ORGANICA I E CHIMICA ORGANICA II
Academic Year 2021/2022 - 2° Year - Curriculum Tossicologia dell'Ambiente e degli Alimenti- CHIMICA ORGANICA I: Maria Assunta Rossella CHIACCHIO
- CHIMICA ORGANICA II: Maria Assunta Rossella CHIACCHIO
Scientific field: CHIM/06 - Organic chemistry
Taught classes: 70 hours
Exercise: 24 hours
Term / Semester: 1° and 2°
Learning Objectives
- CHIMICA ORGANICA I
The course aims to provide students with the basic instruments of Organic chemistry necessary to proceed with the study of Organic Chemistry II (with which it's integrated). In particular, the attention is focused on the chemical properties, synthesis and reactivity of some of the main functional groups present in organic molecules
- CHIMICA ORGANICA II
The course, integrated with the course of Organic Chemistry I, aims to consolidate the knowledge already acquired and provide new ones, focusing on the study of the chemical properties, synthesis and reactivity of functional groups not covered in the course of Organic Chemistry I, and on the main classes of biomolecules and heterocyclic systems, whose knowledge is essential and useful for understanding the role that carbon compounds have in biological and toxicological processes.
Course Structure
- CHIMICA ORGANICA I
The course takes place trough frontal lessons, excercises and also using power point.
Should teaching be carried out in mixed mode or remotely, it may be necessary to introduce changes with respect to previous statements, in line with the programme planned and outlined in the syllabus.
Information for students with disabilities and / or SLD:
To guarantee equal opportunities, according with the laws in force, interested students can ask for a personal interview in order to plan any compensatory and / or dispensatory measures, on the base of the educational objectives and specific needs. It is also possible to contact the referent teacher CInAP (Center for Active and Participatory Integration - Services for Disabilities and / or SLD) of our Department, Prof. Teresa Musumeci.
